Join Our Vibrant Student Community

The Office of Admissions is here to support your family as you begin to learn more about SPEIMS and the application process. The admission process is designed to allow families to discover all that a SPEIMS education has to offer. We encourage you to ask questions as you interact with our staff as we seek to discover each student’s potential by learning about their personality, strength of character, extracurricular talents, and leadership abilities.

Our admissions decision is based on a broad spectrum of factors. We are committed to an inclusive and diverse community and admit students regardless of race, nationality, ethnicity, sex, religion, or physical ability.

The best way to learn about our school is to visit our campus.  To start a conversation with our team, please email us at admissions@saintpaulmission.org or call +231555712392.

The Admissions Process

  1. The parent or guardian of an applicant must complete and submit the official application form to our Office of Admissions. This form is the first step in introducing your child to our community and it helps us to understand their background and aspirations.
  2. All applicants must sit for and pass our entrance examination. This exam is designed to assess the student’s academic readiness and intellectual capabilities to ensure they are prepared for the rigor of our curriculum.
  3. Following the examination, applicants are invited for a verbal interview. This is intended for us to get to know the student on a personal level and learn about their personality, character, and leadership potential. It is also an opportunity for the student and their family to ask questions and learn more about our school’s values and community.

Required Documents

To complete your application, the following documents must be submitted along with your application form:

  • An official academic transcript from the last school attended.
  • Three letters of recommendation: one from the current school principal, one from a religious or spiritual leader, and one from a community leader who knows the student well.
  • A recent health certificate from a licensed medical institution.
  • A copy of the student’s official birth certificate.
  • Two recent passport-sized photos of the applicant and his/her parent/ guardian.
