We are proud to call Juah Town, District 2, Grand Bassa County our home. Juah Town is a peaceful and culturally rich community. The community is lush green and rooted in tradition. It offers a serene environment for focused learning, spiritual growth, and meaningful connection for our students.
Our dormitories are designed to provide comfort, safety, and community. It is deliberately designed to be a home away from home. Students live in well-maintained residential halls with access to shared spaces for study, recreation, and reflection. Each dormitory is supervised by caring staff who provide guidance, mentorship, and a sense of family. Life at SPEIMS fosters independence, responsibility, and lifelong friendships.
Living in Juah Town ensures that our students benefit from the calm surroundings and the opportunity to engage with local traditions, values, and service initiatives that are woven into their daily lives and enrich their educational journey.
Our homes provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where our can students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Our dormitory community is guided by our values of honesty, loyalty, perseverance, compassion, respect, excellence, service, and discipline.
Boarding life at SPEIMS is designed to foster independence, leadership, and lifelong friendships, qualities that are required for lifetime success. From the moment students arrive, they are assimilated into family structures. Each boarder is supported by dedicated staff members, referred to as “foster parents”, who guide them through daily routines, answer questions, and offer mentorship.
The first week includes orientation activities and community-building events that are designed to help our students settle in and connect with their peers.
SPEIMS dormitory is governed by clear rules and guidelines to ensure safety, accountability, and community. They include:
- Mandatory attendance at school.
- Respectful communication
- Respectful behavior in-person and online
- Prohibited use of drugs, alcohol, weapons, and unsafe electronics
- Quiet hours, guest policies, and weekend check-ins
- Participation in corridor meetings, house duties, and community events
Violations are addressed through a tiered system of support and discipline, with parental involvement and restorative practices when appropriate.
Boarding at SPEIMS cultivates essential life skills such as:

- Academic discipline
Students are expected to prioritize their schoolwork, contribute to shared responsibilities, and uphold the school’s values at all times. Through daily interactions and structured duties, boarders learn to lead, serve, and thrive within a vibrant residential community.
